Welcome to Ottawa's co-op housing Vacancy and Waiting List Status Listing. To help you in your search, co-ops are listed by location. Since this is member service, you will only find listings for co-ops that are affiliated with our association.

You must contact each co-op directly to apply for housing. However, if you are looking for rent-geared-to-income housing, you will apply through the Social Housing Registry (613) 526-2088 for some co-ops. These co-ops are identified in the listings below.

Our Co-op has studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses. Prices range from $463.00 to $1238.00 per month. The apartments include the heat and water, the townhouses include the water only, heat and hydro are extra. All units are equipped with central air conditioning. Below market rents are available at 70% of the market rent with The Registry (central waiting list). To apply for our waiting list, the next information session is Saturday, March 27th at 1:00 p.m. We are located at 750 March Road in Kanata North.

We currently have no vacancies.
We keep our waiting list open and up-to-date.

To apply for membership, applications are asked to print out an application form posted on our website at http://alexlaidlawcoop.bizland.com/applications_e.html and mail it to the address on the form.

Once contacted by our membership co-ordinator, applicatns are asked to update their status/interest every 3 months to keep their place on our waiting list.
