Registration and Fees

If you would like to attend a workshop, contact your co-op office. Most co-ops have a budget for member training. The office will also have copies of the CHASEO registration form to complete. You may find the registration fees on the registration forms.

All forms should be completed and mailed to CHASEO along with payment. Registrations will be accepted over the phone or by fax, however spaces can only be guaranteed once the workshop fee is received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from participants must be received at our office at least 5 working days prior to the workshop in order to get a credit. Please try to find a replacement from your co-op in the event of a cancellation.
