CHASEO Members Area

If you have a username/password, proceed to the members area.

To obtain a username/password, fill out an application form.

You need to have an e-mail address and you must live or work for a co-op that is a member of CHASEO to access the Members Area. The benefits of joining CHASEO are explained on the Services page. For more information, e-mail us at:info@chaseo.org or by phone at 230-2201, ext. 242.

1. I forgot my password, what do I do?

   You can have your password e-mailed to you.

2. Why does my password not work?

   Passwords are case-sensitive. Made sure that you are typing upper and lowercase letters exactly as required. If this doesn't solve the problem, contact us at: info@chaseo.org.

3. I forgot my username, what do I do?

   When you applied for access, we suggested that you use the first part of your email address as a username. If that is not it, please contact us at: info@chaseo.org.

4. Who approves access at my co-op?

   Usually, it is your co-op's Coordinator or your Board of Directors. However, some co-ops might not yet have a coordinator. If you would like to know if your co-op does have a "website co-ordinator", contact us at: info@chaseo.org.
