Education Program

Our education team is fully qualified and brings a wealth of experience to the program. CHASEO offers training in various ways to cater to the different needs of housing co-op members.

Scheduled Workshops: Members from different co-ops come together for workshops sheduled for specific dates.

Custom Workshops: Some boards or committees prefer to have a workshop tailored to their specific needs and held on a date and location of their choosing.

Spring Congress: Co-op members from across Eastern Ontario come together for a full day of workshops, speakers and discussions. See brochure and registration form in (Word or PDF format) for details.

Fall Education Day Brochure, including registration form: This one-day education event features a range of special workshops, which also provides a great opportunity to co-op members to interaction with members from other co-ops.

Member Forums: The more informal setting of a forum allows members from different co-ops to share experience and ideas on a specific topic.

Some workshops are also available in french.

FREE Co-op Basics Workshops 2010

This popular workshop is a great way to introduce new board members to their positions or to inform potential candidates of what is involved. It can also be a good refresher for those of you who have been around for a while!

You can bring Co-op Basics "in-house" to your co-op on a date that you choose. Simply call us with a date and we will deliver. CHASEO members pay only $100 for this added convenience.
