Co-op Info

The McLean Co-op is Ottawa's newest co-op. It is comprised of 3-bedroom townhouse units and an apartment containing 1- and 2-bedroom units, some of which will be wheelchair accessible. Co-op members pay for electricity and parking, while heat (gas) is included in the housing charges.

The McLean Co-op will not offer Rent Geared to Income (RGI) subsidies, but rather Below Market Rent (BMR) Subsidies. To apply for BMR units, please contact the Social Housing Registry at (613)-526-2088.

For market rent units, please call (613) 738-5111.
