Coop LaFontaine is comprised of 70 units, four of which are wheelchair accessible. There are two, three and four bedroom units that have car ports, back yards, and basements. Some units have balconies. Coop LaFontaine is a francophone community.

Located near the corner of Bank and Albion, it is within walking distance to shopping, schools, parks, swimming pool and much more.

Co-op facilities

Coop LaFontaine has a meeting room, community centre, children's playground with a basketball net. There is visitor parking.
